At CONSTRUCS, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following return and refund conditions.

30-Day Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us within this period to request a return authorization and instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products should generally be:

• Unused and in their original condition.

• Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components where applicable.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain products may be excluded where permitted by law, including products that have been customized, used beyond reasonable inspection, or damaged through misuse.

Defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Please wait for return instructions before shipping an item back.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law. If the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrectly supplied product, we will explain the appropriate return arrangements.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible products, subject to inventory. Contact customer support for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include photographs where possible so we can investigate and advise you.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders that have already entered fulfillment or been shipped may not be cancellable, but you may be eligible to request a return.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
