Before Dispatch

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment or shipping. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

After Dispatch

Orders that have already shipped may not be cancellable. You may instead request a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds

If a cancellation is accepted after payment, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times may vary.

Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
